“Terrible customer service. Also terrible packaging and on of my pieces came cracked. Another piece doesn’t do as it should. The product it’s self is a 3/5 but the service is so bad it has to be 1/5 overall.”

“I ordered and payed next day delivery of 2 things and one of them was delivered wrong! And I needed it urgently...honnestly the saying that crossed my head was...you had ONE job...and you did it poorly Only reason I am giving 2 stars is the lady at the customer service was nice and helpful... Also, ordered again fitted sheets almost a week ago and no sign of them, so just left to wonder when and what will be delivered this time”

“The best sleep bags, would never use another brand. They are so worth the price, the nappy chnage feature is so helpful and they fit really well around the neck. I wash them so often and they are still perfect!”

“Epic mattress. Had one where we used to live but had to leave it behind. Our 18 month old was ridiculously excited when he saw we’d got another one. He’s slept so much better since we got it again. Thank you!”

“When I ordered I didn’t get an email just PayPal confirmation. The email then came from another brand name and I guessed it was snuz because it was the same amount. I didn’t get a dispatch email so I wasn’t sure when to expect delivery. The items I bought though I am happy with”

“Great service! I ordered the snuz pod 2 mattress as I’m having my second child. I was a bit nervous about how long it would take to come and if it would be here in time so I email in and got a reply straight away. The person that I spoke to emailed back saying they would request for the mattress to be dispatched that day and I received it the following day which was great and put my mind at ease that baby would be here before the mattress!”
