“My mother in law brought me and my partner this with the snuz pod and mattress protector… I was really looking forward to using it but when putting new batteries in for the first time today it doesn't turn on, make noise or light up :( I got rid of the box when I was setting up baby’s room so don’t believe I can ether return.”

“It’s very light, looks nice, however any weight on the ends, the basket flips up, seems very insecure and will look to return. Question it’s safety to be honest.”

“I will never shop at yours and would not recommend you to anyone. Customers need to stay well away from you. Your customer service does not exist and you are extremely dishonest. I mistakenly made a duplicate purchase on your website, returned the item, and the next day, you still have not issued me a refund one month later. Give me my money back.”

“Bought and paid for Snuzpod4 on 8/5/24. PayPal account shows money taken. Order confirmation received. Next day delivery promised. 2 days later - nothing received, no messages or confirmation of product out for delivery. Messaged via website. No response. Called the number on their website 0800 145 6536, no answer, recorded message says call another time. Same message when I did. Number given on reviews.co.uk 01386 791023 - when dialled get message it doesn't exist. IS THIS A SCAM?”

“We were looking for a contemporary cot bed that would last a few years and not cost the earth. We found it in Snüz ... stylish, price comparable with a big Scandinavian retailer and has the scope to last for the next several years. We chose walnut, but the range would please every need. It was easy to contact the company and delivery was painless. The only downside was not being able to find a stockist who could show us before we bought. But we bought anyway and are pleased that we did.”

“Terrible customer service. Also terrible packaging and on of my pieces came cracked. Another piece doesn’t do as it should. The product it’s self is a 3/5 but the service is so bad it has to be 1/5 overall.”

“I ordered and payed next day delivery of 2 things and one of them was delivered wrong! And I needed it urgently...honnestly the saying that crossed my head was...you had ONE job...and you did it poorly Only reason I am giving 2 stars is the lady at the customer service was nice and helpful... Also, ordered again fitted sheets almost a week ago and no sign of them, so just left to wonder when and what will be delivered this time”

“The best sleep bags, would never use another brand. They are so worth the price, the nappy chnage feature is so helpful and they fit really well around the neck. I wash them so often and they are still perfect!”

“When I ordered I didn’t get an email just PayPal confirmation. The email then came from another brand name and I guessed it was snuz because it was the same amount. I didn’t get a dispatch email so I wasn’t sure when to expect delivery. The items I bought though I am happy with”
