“I purchased the manual for my wife when she obtained a smartphone hoping that it would assist in learning to use the phone,however she is not a technical person and the manual was difficult for her to follow. Perhas it would be a good idea to have a manual that simply explained how to make telephone call send a text message and use the internet!!! soperpeter@yahoo.co.uk”

I'm sorry we don't write the manuals. We just print and bind what is written by the manufacturers. If the manual is of no use please return it for a full refund.

“I am not finding answers to the problems I have encountered while attempting to learn how to use my phone. I can only access my camera when I first open the phone and I can't find the app at any other time. I'm sure there is an answer for this question, but I can't find it in the manuel.”

“I was very relieved that I could purchase a manual for my new Samsung Smartphone as the little Quick Start leaflet that was in the box goes nowhere near explaining the ins and outs of the phone, and it's so much easier for me to read information from a book than trying to follow instructions online. Ordering was easy I was kept informed of progress of my order and it was delivered in the estimated time, I'm very pleased with my purchase manual is very well made. I would buy from this company again. Thank you.”
