“I am not finding answers to the problems I have encountered while attempting to learn how to use my phone. I can only access my camera when I first open the phone and I can't find the app at any other time. I'm sure there is an answer for this question, but I can't find it in the manuel.”

I'm sorry we don't write the manuals, we just print and bind what the manufacturer produces. If you have no use for the manual please return it for a full refund.

“Looks good, very well made and instructions are generally clear, A bit pricey however but if it is made to order rather than a stock item, it is understandable”

“I was very relieved that I could purchase a manual for my new Samsung Smartphone as the little Quick Start leaflet that was in the box goes nowhere near explaining the ins and outs of the phone, and it's so much easier for me to read information from a book than trying to follow instructions online. Ordering was easy I was kept informed of progress of my order and it was delivered in the estimated time, I'm very pleased with my purchase manual is very well made. I would buy from this company again. Thank you.”

“First class service and good print of manual, nicely bound. Also bought a manual for a tablet which was also good. Normally presented as an A5 format, but, on request, printed an A4 copy for us at no additional charge. highly recommended.”
