I'm sorry we don't write the manuals, we just print what is written by the manufacturer. If you have no use for the manual please return it for a full refund.

“I asked for a larger the version than I received. Was told I would get it by return mail. It has been 2 weeks and I have still not received it. It is spiral- bound but the type is so small I cannot read any of it. I sent another mail and have had no response. Please help rectify this for me. Thank you”

“The manual was helpful on many program uses on the phone. In some areas, there was not enough technical info explaining how to follow the instructions (it assumes that the user already knows how to follow brief directions....... coming from a flip phone to a smart phone and being 82 yrs. old, there were parts of manual I could not follow.....) I definitely liked the ring binding for flipping through the pages.”

“Thank you very much for creating this item! I have learned more from the first page than I have from the store where I purchased it.! I am 73 years old and this phone it very complicated for me! There was no manual with the phone and I really needed the help your manual offered!!!!!! I am still nervous using it and I hope I will eventually like it.!!! Thank you again!!!!”

“I purchased the manual for my wife when she obtained a smartphone hoping that it would assist in learning to use the phone,however she is not a technical person and the manual was difficult for her to follow. Perhas it would be a good idea to have a manual that simply explained how to make telephone call send a text message and use the internet!!! soperpeter@yahoo.co.uk”
