“An easy to use guide in a useful format. I particularly like the size and the ring-binding makes it easy to use a specific page. So much easier to use than an online manual - thank you!”

“I asked for a larger the version than I received. Was told I would get it by return mail. It has been 2 weeks and I have still not received it. It is spiral- bound but the type is so small I cannot read any of it. I sent another mail and have had no response. Please help rectify this for me. Thank you”

“The manual was helpful on many program uses on the phone. In some areas, there was not enough technical info explaining how to follow the instructions (it assumes that the user already knows how to follow brief directions....... coming from a flip phone to a smart phone and being 82 yrs. old, there were parts of manual I could not follow.....) I definitely liked the ring binding for flipping through the pages.”

“Thank you very much for creating this item! I have learned more from the first page than I have from the store where I purchased it.! I am 73 years old and this phone it very complicated for me! There was no manual with the phone and I really needed the help your manual offered!!!!!! I am still nervous using it and I hope I will eventually like it.!!! Thank you again!!!!”

“This is the second manual you have done for us, and what a difference it makes when looking at the way our new piece of kit works, I thoroughly recommend this product especially for someone like who isn't brilliant with technology.”

“I was amased at the speed at which I received the manual. I sent it back because I receive 2 others from Doro. I had previously been requesting for one from them for 4 months and they sent me 2 at the same time. Lois”

“I purchased the manual for my wife when she obtained a smartphone hoping that it would assist in learning to use the phone, however she is not a technical person and the manual was difficult for her to follow. Perhas it would be a good idea to have a manual that simply explained how to make telephone call send a text message and use the internet!!! soperpeter@yahoo.co.uk”

“The Manual is well printed, nice spiral binder with good cover. Lies flat when reading. A good, well priced product.”

“I am not finding answers to the problems I have encountered while attempting to learn how to use my phone. I can only access my camera when I first open the phone and I can't find the app at any other time. I'm sure there is an answer for this question, but I can't find it in the manuel.”
