“I have not received my manual yet. I got one email from you saying it was being prepared, and you would let me know when it shipped, and nothing else. Where is it???”

This shipped on December 10th. We have seen horrendous problems with postal services around the world caused by the Coronavirus. We will resend. Apologies.

“I wish the copies were more readable, small print looks like copier needed toner”

“Very prompt delivery. The only criticism is the rather grey print making it a little hard to read, especially the symbols and ikons. Much better than downloading and printing oneself though.”

“i received my manual last nite and just took a quick glance and i knew i was coming back every time i need a manual. The pictures are clear and everything is marked so theres no way you can press anything wrong. The way everything is described is clear and concise like you were talking to me. The only thing id like is for the print to be darker to make reading easier on the eyes (im 83) Thank you for giving us a helping hand Pauline Flynn (USA)”

“As I am not a technophile, buying a manual is a good idea. I prefer a printed manual to having to check things out online so this is perfect. Due to failing eyesight , I probably should have requested an A4 copy but the A5 size should be adequate. Great and valuable service from OTC and the manual covers everything one needs to know, thus avoiding any nightmare scenarios that technology can bring with it. I always get my phone manuals from OTC; an excellent and helpful company to deal with .”

This appears to have been lost in the post. It has been resent to you. We have already dealt directly with you on this via email.

“I have bought a few of these manuals and always been pleased with the service. My only criticism of the latest one is the font appears to be smaller and somewhat fainter than previously”

“An excellent and very comprehensive manual. It appears to cover all my phone's features. If I have a criticism; the font is rather small & faint, makes reading it difficult for us Seniors !”
