“i received my manual last nite and just took a quick glance and i knew i was coming back every time i need a manual. The pictures are clear and everything is marked so theres no way you can press anything wrong. The way everything is described is clear and concise like you were talking to me. The only thing id like is for the print to be darker to make reading easier on the eyes (im 83) Thank you for giving us a helping hand Pauline Flynn (USA)”

“As I am not a technophile, buying a manual is a good idea. I prefer a printed manual to having to check things out online so this is perfect. Due to failing eyesight , I probably should have requested an A4 copy but the A5 size should be adequate. Great and valuable service from OTC and the manual covers everything one needs to know, thus avoiding any nightmare scenarios that technology can bring with it. I always get my phone manuals from OTC; an excellent and helpful company to deal with .”

“I have bought a few of these manuals and always been pleased with the service. My only criticism of the latest one is the font appears to be smaller and somewhat fainter than previously”

“It would be better if the source for the manual had an index and a proper table of contents. This is not on you, OTC, but instead on the source.”

“I was totally mesmerized at the amount of literature I received/:: three nicely bound in a spiral fashion... 833 pages in all. There is no index/ trouble shoot directory ... I still search for my problems and needs fumbling through the three books wily nily. aka: the hard way... solution??”

“I have only had the manual for a couple of weeks. the phone is second hand. I have not got a clue how it works. I am 81 years old. I will take my time over the coming weeks. The only thought that occurs to me is that the printing is small, and at times I have to use a magnifying glass. Thank you for your interest. If you have any advice, I shall be pleased to receive it.”
