“I am very disappointed in the poor quality of the print. It is as though the ink was running low and some of the symbols/icons are indecipherable. At 74, as a newcomer to smart phones, I was relying on this to educate myself, but alas it is of very limited use. A very expensive mistake!”

Hello I am sorry we are a separate company to Samsung and can only send the manual they have made available on their website which is for your phone. We have no in put as to the contents. Regards Julie

Hello I am sorry it is not us we are finding the manufactures are formatting the PDF's with lighter text, so when printed it is faint. I will resend the order in A4 size this will increase the size of the text masking it easier to read. Regards Julie

“The shipping was timely and the book itself ok. However, the print is far too light. Needed was additional ink and a darker font. Since Samsung provides absolutely nothing, this is a life safer.”

Hello I am sorry the copier we have has been checked and is working as it should. The engineer told us it is how the companies are formatting the PDF's meaning they are using lighter colours in the text. The only way for the copy to be better is for us to resend in A4 size. Regards Julie

“Yes, from what I have managed with the Smartphone I am pleased with the manual. Unfortunately I am unable to get a signal with the internet at the moment as provider having problems so unable to do more at the moment. On the whole I would say I am pleased with the manual.”

“The booklet is a very good quality product, I have given it 4 stars as there is one small issue I have with it. The print is dark enough to read but there are instances where some words or phrases are a bit faint....it may be that these words were highlighted in the original but in the booklet, they were a wee bit difficult to read.”
