“Its great to be able to buy the manual and not to have to print off - a ring binder style edge would make it much easier to use though. I had to take off the binder and hole punch in to an A5 ringbinder for my elderly Mum - you need to have it open to then use with the phone - this would make it excellent, a cooler front as advertised?”

“Very complicated too much information to go through .I prefer a simplified version'also there isn't a CONTENTS page at the the start of the Manual.So you have to wade all through the sections to find what you require. Disapointed Tony Frost.”

Hello I am sorry you are having trouble with the manual. We are a separate company to Samsung and simply print and send the manual they have made available for your phone. Regards Julie

“Lay out very good. But a big problem: 80% of copy was in very light print. Seems you ran out of ink, etc. Made it difficult to read. Much of the print was faded.”

“I am very disappointed in the poor quality of the print. It is as though the ink was running low and some of the symbols/icons are indecipherable. At 74, as a newcomer to smart phones, I was relying on this to educate myself, but alas it is of very limited use. A very expensive mistake!”
