“It is much more convenient to have a printed manual to hand rather than cumbersome procedure of looking pages up on screen on an unfamiliar new device. With the new phone there was included a so called Quick Start Guide which has only 3 pages in English approx 5" size !. It just has a QR code on the cover 'to view the manual'!. However, inside the manual there is no instruction how to find the QR scanner. You have to dig around in the camera section to find it ( by accident ).There are a large number of very complicated functions listed I will never use, but little basic guidance to operate an unfamiliar device. The guide itself is misguided in my opinion and little help to the layman. I am not a computer technician !.”

“The layout is so different from my old Samsung smart phone. It lacks any helpful information on how to do any number of what should be simple usages; eg: how to use it to scan; I am still unable to find how to load new phone details on to 'Contacts'. It is only of use for users who wish to make sophisticated actions.”
