“I am a proven technical desert plus aged 90. If I buy anything remotely high tech, a mobile phone this time, I need easily readable instructions. The instructions included with this mobile were so small it was impossible to read it for us oldies hence the need for a User Manual. If I had a printer (with user manual) I could have printed it myself !!!! but fortnuately happpened upon OTC and this was aquick and easy way out. It was simple, quick and well worth the exgtra money to be able to get it in clear booklet form. Ordered it late one evening and it arrived through my letter box three mornings later. Could not want it any quicker. Oh I paid a wee bit extra for a spiral binding. Am well pleased.”

“There was some Postal delay but not a big concern especially because of your prompt phone call after my question to you. One point occurs to me about the booklet - it does not use the colour code that is in the original online copy on my PC surely this is possible in your price for the booklet”
