Hello There was a mix up as both surnames were the same. Yes we had the email and was looking into the problem then you called and we corrected the problem. We are small but very busy company and sometimes actions take a little longer.

“FIRST OF ALL I'M 80 YEARS OLD...NEXT THIS IS MY FIRST SMARTPHONE...AND I'M NOT THE MOST TEC SAVY PERSON...AND LAST I HONESTLY HAVE NOT FOUND ANYTHING IN THE MANUEL THAT HELPED ME. THINGS LIKE "HOW TO DELETE AND UNDELETE" TEXTS...WELL ENOUGH OF THAT - I'M NOT SENDING THE MANUEL BACK, I'M NOT ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK BUT, LAST, I WON'T BE RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE.
