“1. The "Quick Guide" leaflet which came with my Nokia 110 smartphone understandably had very small typeface for the text. Additionally it was lacking in completeness, for instance there was nothing telling me how to read an incoming Text Message. Your "Manual" had larger print, but otherwise was just a reprint of the leaflet and hence does not tell me how to receive a Text. Curiously, for some bizarre reason the emboldened characters of the leaflet have been changed from "Bold" to "Greyed" in your "Manual", which obviously makes them less legible!! I am trying to either (a) master the use of my Nokia 110, or (b) assess the benefits of upgrading to a Motorola Moto E13. I'm afraid your "Manuals" will not be of any help to me in achieving either aim.”

Hello I am sorry you are finding the manuals not helpful but these are the manuals the manufacture make available for your phones. We simply print them from a PDF found on the manufactures website and send them out.

“This manual is very helpful,it answered most of the questions and is much more user friendly than the online versions.This particular phone is a few years old and first time around I gave up on it due to no easily available instructions.This should be a great help.”

Hello Apple only make their manuals to view online. In the past we have spent many hours turning the on screen manual into a printable manual. But unfortunately now the manuals have over 1000 pages it is very time consuming taking weeks/months to covert into a printable manual. This is why we just do not offer a manual other than the one you received.
