“This is my first smartphone, although I have used computers for many years, starting with the Sinclair ZX81, then various desktops and laptops. But I am disappointed with this manual. Firstly I need a magnifying glass to read the text on the A5 pages, and over 200 pages seems rather over the top. What I really need is something like a Seniors Guide to the Motorola g9 power lite, on A4 pages. But it seems that kind of publication is not available, so I must soldier on with what you have sent me.”

“Order and delivery of this manual was very efficient. However, although there is a basic 'Table of Contents' at the front of the manual, I was very disappointed there is no comprehensive index at the back, as there is with the online version. For me, this is a serious omission and will make finding information far more difficult than it would otherwise have been.”

“The manuals are good but virus has a lot to answer to I ordered one and no one came back to me when checked this was told none on order so I ordered it again then I have two delivered oneis useless as it is small the other one is theright size but ring binding but have been charged for two not happy with you. The left hand does not what the righthand is doing! .”

We have not charged you for two orders. We have only one person in the office at any one time for security reasons during the Coronavirus. We have a different person doing the emails remotely. We try to keep the communication between us as good as possible. It is not as effective as being the same room, but it is safer. You paid for one manual and received two.

“For the price I was expecting a full colour, professionally bound manual. What I received was a monochrome version which was adeqately bound but shedding confetti where the pages had had holes punched for the binding. More importantly though, it didn't contain the information I bought it for - how to add a "non gmail" email account which I had to find on line. But I realise that wasn't your omission. Disappointed but not mad as hell!!”

Please be aware that we don't write any of the manuals. We simply print and bind what is produced by the manufacturer. Colour is impossible for the prices we charge, and most manuals are not in colour anyway. If the manual is of no use please return it for a full refund.

“MANUAL IS RATHER CONFUSING. AN INDEX AT THE END OF THE BOOK COVERING ALL ASPECTS OF THE PHONES WOULD BE MORE HELPFUL THAN AN INTRODUCTORY PAGE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SECTIONS. PROBABLY ME THOUGH, EVERYONE ELSE WOULD NOT EVEN NEED A MANUAL!”

“This is a copy of instruction manual for Nokia 5 phone and I believe it covers all the points in the online manual. The problem with the online manual was that the print was small. .This was my reason for buying your manual; however, your print was very light and although it would save you ink, I find it difficult to decipher.”

We don't write the manuals. We print and bind what is written by the manufacturer. With iPhones the manuals cover all models running a particular version of the software. There is almost no difference between the phones themselves. It is the version of the software that matters.

“I am visually impaired, some of your graphics, a pencil or pen scribing a line, + sign, phone hand set, arrows, cog wheel, 3 lines on top of each other, are all a light grey, very difficult for me to see, in fact I had no idea they were there, until my step son pointed them out. May I suggest a light colour be used instead, as not all the people in the world have perfect eyesight.”
