“Good as far as it goes. Page31 deals with free-ing up space by deleting files but, to a completely new user, no idea how to carry out a deleting function1”

Sorry you were not happy. We only print and bind the manuals. The content is written by the manufacturer and we have no control over it. You can always return the manual if you are not happy and we will give a full refund.

“I asked for a Moto Power 2020 and received a Moto Power Manual. Each phone is different. Therefore, it was not much help to me. A waste of $20+.”

According to what we can see this was the correct manual. It is dated 2020, and we do have a different manual for the 2021 version. Please email us directly on hello@printed-manual.com with more details. We are happy to send another manual to you at no charge if what we sent was not correct.

“It's OK but unlike another of your manuals that I have it's printed as two pages of the original on one page and hence the print is smaller. Had I known of this I wouldn't have purchased.”

Hello We sell manuals that are available on the manufacturer's websites. Your previous manual may have been formatted by a different manufacturer to the one you have just received, hence the difference in text size. I will resend the order in A4 size for you this will increase the text size making easier to read.

“Being aged 90 with somewhat bad eyesight I think the background for the icons should be on a lighter background for I found it very hard to read, they don't stand out enough and this being a new most complicated phone that I have had. Also not knowing much aboutit I fail to understand things that are just capital letters with no explanation what they mean but that is probably due to my age I really need to be shown and don't take it in as much when reading about something; I have always been a practical person.”
