“The print is small , the pictures are very dark I can't tell anything from the pictures .the copied print is bound well .”

Hello I will resend the order in A4 size this will increase the size of the text making it easier to read.

“It's OK but unlike another of your manuals that I have it's printed as two pages of the original on one page and hence the print is smaller. Had I known of this I wouldn't have purchased.”

Hello We sell manuals that are available on the manufacturer's websites. Your previous manual may have been formatted by a different manufacturer to the one you have just received, hence the difference in text size. I will resend the order in A4 size for you this will increase the text size making easier to read.

“Being aged 90 with somewhat bad eyesight I think the background for the icons should be on a lighter background for I found it very hard to read, they don't stand out enough and this being a new most complicated phone that I have had. Also not knowing much aboutit I fail to understand things that are just capital letters with no explanation what they mean but that is probably due to my age I really need to be shown and don't take it in as much when reading about something; I have always been a practical person.”

“Better than no manual. Usuable. very small print. difficult to read with 3x reading glasses. is shipping really that costly from point of origin to Los Angeles? delivery on date specified. Better than to copy one's self'”

I'm sorry we do everything we can. We send 99% of orders within 12 working hours. This was also the case with your order. Delivery times are still being affected by the Coronavirus. “Dear Sir i thought the manual rather expensive and not put together very well, one will have to use it with care, the pages are only bound together lightly. The content is fairly good but a bit sparse on some points. i also have ''S5 For Dummies'' less than half the price, A4 size and over 20mm thick, a mch better buy.”
