I'm sorry we do everything we can. We send 99% of orders within 12 working hours. This was also the case with your order. Delivery times are still being affected by the Coronavirus. It is sometimes affecting postal service in different countries at different times. This is of course outside of our control.

“Dear Sir i thought the manual rather expensive and not put together very well, one will have to use it with care, the pages are only bound together lightly. The content is fairly good but a bit sparse on some points. i also have ''S5 For Dummies'' less than half the price, A4 size and over 20mm thick, a mch better buy.”

“I was disappointed when my manual arrived. All of the pages in the top right corner were wet and half of those pages have a yellow stain on them. we dried the pages out. The packaging looked fine. My model phone was not on the cover so I was not sure I had the right manual. the information I have read has been useful. I wish the manual actually had an index. I think this would help in finding specific things you are interested in researching to get help.”

Hello I am sorry the manual has arrived damaged but this would be down to the postal service we would not send the manual out in that condition. The manual you ordered was for a Samsung Galaxy S9 we can only supply what Samsung have available on their websites. The Galaxy S9 Samsung also call it by SM G960 or 965 and this is what would of been printed on the front cover.

Hello Unfortunately you have an Apple iPhone this is one of the more advanced phones on the market. The manual is produced by Apple for your your phone we have no control over the contents of the manual.

“Wish I had known the level of information in the manual because I found out very little about my new phone and already was aware of most of it. For the cost, I was extremely disappointed that it didn't cover my new Galaxy S21 phone and all of the updates from my last Galaxy phone. Definitely not worth the cost.”

“As someone totally new to mobile phones and 85 I found it used a computer language and didn't seem to be specific to the A12 so I had to buy the Samsung Galaxy for beginners magazine which seems easier to understand”

“I moved from iphone to Android and am a competent user. I am 76 but only stopped work last year. Your manual on A12 assumes knowledge i did not have. Perhaps it would help if you explain the words you usemore thoroughly. Or use a 'dummy' to test this changeover. Everyone in my age group (60-80) finds the tech has become difficult. I have been told by Tk Talk to use my grandchildren which i found irritating and unnecessary! I have worked on simplifying manuals from camera mfrs and find the same assumptions. Please try harder to keep updates explained and make basics much clearer. I use my phone help to rectify muddles but it can be frustrating. Maybe a manual for beginners or less experienced like the Dummies computer books of old. I would say the manual is 50% helpful, 25% unclear and 25% needs amplification. Meant to be helpful. LQ”
