Good morning, the manual was good and on time but unfortunately, although it was the one I asked for, it wasn't the one I need. After speaking to one of your ladies last Wednesday we agreed that I would send it back and you would replace it with the one I want, the NOKIA 110-4g. So I posted it that afternoon and have heard nothing since, Please advise, Regards, DT Wootten.
