“The print is faint on a few pages at the end of a sentence (most notably on the right hand side of the page) which makes the handbook sometimes difficult to read. I feel the overall quality could be improved; as I felt the book was copied from the original document in a hurry!!. Alot to take in but to be expected as I am no 'whizz kid' when it comes to mobile phones.”

“My query is that the text is not very readable because of the faintness of the print and its quite small, which makes it particularly difficult for somebody of my age to read. The print is clear and I can read it but I would have expected it to be better”
