“I was very impressed with this manual for the following reasons: The A5 page size was perfect to enable you to have the manual and your phone together on the desk. The print quality was excellent. I had expected a reduced size copy of the original A4 manual, but no, this was a fully printed edition on very good quality paper. The binding method was perfect to enable the pages to lay flat and not move about or close, as happens with bound manuals.”

We sent to you on April 23rd. Delievery to the USA, as we show on our website is usually 10 working days. The Coronavirus is causing severe delays of at least a week in many cases. I'm afraid there is nothing we can do about that.

“Always so nice to have a manual by your side when you are trying to figure something out. Considering this manual has 251 pages it stands to reason that my 73 year old brain does not have the technical knowledge to accommodate all this information in one go by reading it from the phone itself. With the manual by my side I can plod along at my own pace and in 3 years time might be able to understand what I am doing. Well worth the money I paid for it. Thank you”

I'm sorry we don't write any of the manuals. We simply print and bind what is written by the manufacturers. If you aren't happy with the manual you can always return it for a full refund.

This was sent, as promised, within 12 working hours of receiving your order. We are seeing severe delays to postal services because of the Coronavirus but, as far as we know, all manuals are arriving eventually. Hopefully the manual has arrived with you now. Most of the manuals we provide can be downloaded for free on the Internet. But you would have to print and bind the 118 pages in your manual yourself if you don't want to read it on screen. That is not free. The quality of the images depend on the quality of the original document provided by the manufacturer. If you don't want the manual please return it to us for a full refund.
