Your order was sent on April 9th. Delivery is usually 7 to 10 working days. However, the Coronavirus is causing severe issues with postal services around the world. We are seeing at least a week's delay on top of the normal. You contacted us on April 16th to check on your order. That was three working days after it was sent! Easter came in between. We are asking all customers to be patient in this unprecedented times. All we can do is sent out orders as quickly as we can.

I'm afraid that if we made the manual any smaller it would be impossible to read the text. If you can't use the manual please return it to us for a full refund.

“An error was made at ordering, my fault, I immediately sent an email so it could be corrected. However before the error could be corrected my order had been shipped. I was notified the next day that a 2nd order would be sent to me to my original liking and at no charge. I will always utilize this company and recomend them to others also. Thank you, Daniel E.”

All deliveries are being severely impacted by the Coronavirus. We clearly state that delivery is 7 to 10 working days to the USA. It is currently taking longer than that in some cases. Our prices are clearly shown on the website. The more pages in a manual, the higher the price. The manual you ordered has 278 pages.

“Hi, the manual is very helpful on the basics and some more advanced features. As a new Android phone user, I have still had to Google some things though. My only criticism would be that the font is not sharp, it's a bit faint. But perfectly usable thanks.”
