This was sent, as promised, within 12 working hours of receiving your order. We are seeing severe delays to postal services because of the Coronavirus but, as far as we know, all manuals are arriving eventually. Hopefully the manual has arrived with you now. Most of the manuals we provide can be downloaded for free on the Internet. But you would have to print and bind the 118 pages in your manual yourself if you don't want to read it on screen. That is not free. The quality of the images depend on the quality of the original document provided by the manufacturer. If you don't want the manual please return it to us for a full refund.

“We found the manual inadequate partly because the printing was often too faint, but also because the small icons that appear on the screen are not fully explained. This may be because the Samsung online manual is inadequate in the first place.”

I'm afraid we don't write the manuals. We simply print and bind what is produced by the manufacturer. If you have no use for the manual please return it to us for a full refund.

“Very disappointed with the product. The print is very faint throughout the manual. For example on p.30, the title "Notification Panel" is hardly visible, & the figures on that page are not visible at all. Ditto for p. 31, 40, 58, etc. Its a terrible reproduction job. Did you run out of ink on your printer?”
