“I have been struggling with my iPhone for the past 3 years, looking on youtube for tips etc, since Apple stopped providing texts years ago. This downloaded manual is brilliant, tells me what I want to know, and is beautifully presented in neat ring binders. Excellent”

“Having bought an iPhone XR and found only a minimalist leaflet of information, I bough several instruction books to help me navigate the phone. none was all that much help. Having previously dealt with OTC. I ordered their version and was pleasantly surprised to receive two substantial volumes of detailed and illustrated instructions that I am still working through. I am delighted with the value for money I have received.”

“Jeff, Being a long term customer of OTC World I have to say I am very disappointed with the lack of quality with the User Manual for the smart phone (Microsoft Lumia 650) I have just purchased from you. The two main complaints I have is that immediately starting to open/use the manual the pages are splitting away from the spine/cover. The other complaint is that the clarity of the print throughout the manual is quite appalling. The printed text is so faint it would seem that when it has been printed the manual it would infer that your printer is running out of ink. Clearly this is not the standard of product I would expect from OTC World.”

“I was very impressed with this manual for the following reasons: The A5 page size was perfect to enable you to have the manual and your phone together on the desk. The print quality was excellent. I had expected a reduced size copy of the original A4 manual, but no, this was a fully printed edition on very good quality paper. The binding method was perfect to enable the pages to lay flat and not move about or close, as happens with bound manuals.”

We sent to you on April 23rd. Delievery to the USA, as we show on our website is usually 10 working days. The Coronavirus is causing severe delays of at least a week in many cases. I'm afraid there is nothing we can do about that.

“Always so nice to have a manual by your side when you are trying to figure something out. Considering this manual has 251 pages it stands to reason that my 73 year old brain does not have the technical knowledge to accommodate all this information in one go by reading it from the phone itself. With the manual by my side I can plod along at my own pace and in 3 years time might be able to understand what I am doing. Well worth the money I paid for it. Thank you”

I'm sorry we don't write any of the manuals. We simply print and bind what is written by the manufacturers. If you aren't happy with the manual you can always return it for a full refund.
