“I have been unable to keep up with modern technology the phone was a gift from my Son and although he explained it all to me it did not sink in.I spent a lot of time looking for a working Manual and finally I found yours. I wont mention the time and effort I spent cursing the phone. Anyway I ordered it. the delivery was very quick it does what it says on the cover. Brilliant , Thanks”

“Useful diagram of what the 3 external buttons were for and a bit about what the retailer did but thereafter not a word on how to use the machine. A real rip off.”

“You are asking how liked the manual? I still haven't received it! I purchased the Nokia 3.1 Plus phone for my brother in a re-hab/nursing facility in Arizona, with Multiple Scleroses. I wanted to be able to explain how to use certain features to him. That your manual was $21, it still was important to me to be able to help him. I had no idea that it would take this long, and coming from England too.”

Hello I can see we posted the manual form here in the UK on the 12th May. Orders normally take up to 14 working days. BUT due to the virus the whole postal system has been on a go slow. There have been staff shortages and then they have had to put in place safe working spaces so this has lead to a back log of the mail. The order is on its way but out of my control on the delivery sorry. Regards julie
