“I would have liked it to be a little bigger size wise. Perhaps letter size 8-1/2 inches by 11 inches. Maybe it's because I'm a senior and bigger is always better for reading. Otherwise it's a great manual.....no complaints.”

“The manuals were clearly printed and well-bound. The only quibble I have is that in one manual (the G13), the odd pages were on the verso side instead of the recto side. For the E30 manual this was OK.”

“Having shelled out an alarming amount of dosh on a top of the range Samsung I thought it would make sense to get a printed manual so as to take full advantage of my purchase. I'd used OTC for camera manuals in the past, so I was confident in ordering from them again.”

“Helpful, but for me being a complete techno-dinasour then some parts were just too difficult for m to follow - but Iknow I'm very much in the minority. Also, I find it difficult to discern the very small symbols on the initial screen”

“I bought this for my 70 year old husband who has never owned a smartphone before. (I know, I've been nagging him for years to get one!) He reluctantly sat down with his new phone and the manual and was able to send me a text, email and WhatsApp (with a photo attached) within a couple of hours. To say he is "chuffed to bits" is an understatement. Well done. It achieved miraculous results! 😃 😊.”

Hello I am sorry the manual has not arrived. Unfortunately the destination is South Africa and in the past it has take many weeks to arrive.

It is very well presented and with its protective covers,it is very durable for regular use.The fact that it has a table of contents allows the benefit of getting to the right section described about and then related and applied to the smartphone areas.
