“I feel more comfortable with a hardcopy manual that I can mark up and take notes in for future reference. I guess I am an "oldtimer" . Got just what I wanted and in record time. The spiral binding was icing on the cake. Glad you are there.”

“The physical size of the book is most welcome (8.5" x 10" - American Letter?) which makes it immediately so much more accessible than trying to read the Apple manuals on an iPhone screen. The content is well-structured as the author has succeeded in covering the major design variants of the iPhone (with / without 'Home button') and their subsequent differences in the operation of the phone. Helpfully annotated screenshots abound. I've been an iPhone user for some years and this manual has provided several "...oh THAT"S how you do it..." moments!”

“Easy to understand which is wonderful as I'm 76 and have bought a new Apple Smartphone . There are so many types of things my phone can do-including various camera settings etc so I'm thrilled to have the manual to guide me through the maze of operating the phone.”

“The manual is very vague. It does not explain what the actions for each function does. It is very difficult to correct issues on the phone w/having to take it back to the Metro store where I purchased the phone.”
