“The manual is well presented ,but i find it a con on part of the phone companys now where you have to pay for a manual and a plug when in the past they were suppiled with the phone.”

“The Smartphone Manual is clear and easy to read. I have managed to solve a number of problems I have had with my iPhone and the other books I have purchased have not helped. The index is good, it lets you home in and look at the area causing trouble. The manual does not assume the user has a knowledge of computer jargon'”

“It is of limited help to me at the moment, because some of the instruction is in language of a more tech level that I don't understand! I'm 74 and just acquired a smart phone from an old Nokia which has served my needs fine. But EE are not supporting old 3G devices now and so was forced onto a new device and plan overnight. Got a Samsung A13 and went to EE shop to set up new sim and help me with basic transition.....but I was back home very stuck on my own. Got nobody to show me. Can see that your product is good; just not for my circs!”

“I have read a lot of it and skimmed through the rest so far so 4 out of 5 until I need to refer to it more. Very comprehensive and thorough. I liked the simple but clear descriptions of how to touch the screen, scroll etc which my partner has found difficult. A good balance between ‘how to use’ and technical”

Hello I am sorry it has taken a while to deliver once it enters the postal system it is out of our hands. We do send with a tracking number and I can see this has been delivered.
