“This is the second manual I've purchased from you. This time it was for my wife who wanted to get more out of her Doro phone. The bound copies are excellent quality and a handy size. She is already finding it invaluable. The "easy" to use features of a Doro can be counter productive and less than intuitive. A handy, printed manual helps.”

We will resend twice the size which will make it easier to read. We are not responsible for the content of the manuals. We just print what the manufacturers write.

“The manuals are good but virus has a lot to answer to I ordered one and no one came back to me when checked this was told none on order so I ordered it again then I have two delivered oneis useless as it is small the other one is theright size but ring binding but have been charged for two not happy with you. The left hand does not what the righthand is doing! .”

We have not charged you for two orders. We have only one person in the office at any one time for security reasons during the Coronavirus. We have a different person doing the emails remotely. We try to keep the communication between us as good as possible. It is not as effective as being the same room, but it is safer. You paid for one manual and received two.

“I do not know whether I am supposed to review the contents of the manual or if you just want me to review the readability and the order and delivery process of the manual. I will assume the latter, that you are just responsible for the printing and delivery. It will work just fine for my needs. I liked the spiral bound option. I am not sure how many days it took to be delivered.”

“The best accessory for my phone! Thorough, very easy to use and with the Table of Contents on the first pages I can easily get an answer to any question. This should be available to everyone who gets a smart phone--automatically. I was amused that it came by "Royal Mail" from England. I wish I would have had it the first day I got my phone!!”
