“The print is very small in this manual, but even worse, it is mainly LIGHT GRAY print on a WHITE background! The combination makes it extremely difficult to read. WHY wasn't it printed for ease of reading? It's almost as though whoever designed this manual did so with the goal of making it nearly useless.”

Sorry we just print what is provided by the manufacturer. We will resend printed twice the size, at no charge of course. This should help a lot.

“I am frankly disappointed with your spiral bound Printed Instruction Manual, purchased recently (Order No. 20009366W) for my new iPhone 7 (a Xmas gift from my son for this 81-year-old retired journalist). The manual in its three bulky parts I just find daunting. By covering such a variety of iPhone models and variants it just seems to range over lots which is not relevant to my particular model.”

With iPhones 99% of the information is relevant for every model. This is how Apple produce the manuals. They are for the version of software not the model of phone. Sorry it is so many pages. That is what Apple provide. If the manual is of no use please return it for e full refund.

“Didn't expect 3 books but was wary when I read some reviews about them. I certainly don't agree with them, I found them easy to read with a whole lot of information in them. I'll never print out another manual if you are already publishing them.”

“The manual is a very usable size. The type is small but still readable; however, the type is faded and very light in some places. As an older person who needs help to see things easily, these two aspects could be improved.”

“For the price I was expecting a full colour, professionally bound manual. What I received was a monochrome version which was adeqately bound but shedding confetti where the pages had had holes punched for the binding. More importantly though, it didn't contain the information I bought it for - how to add a "non gmail" email account which I had to find on line. But I realise that wasn't your omission. Disappointed but not mad as hell!!”

Please be aware that we don't write any of the manuals. We simply print and bind what is produced by the manufacturer. Colour is impossible for the prices we charge, and most manuals are not in colour anyway. If the manual is of no use please return it for a full refund.

“good manual but now realise that the (new) phone I was ( miss sold), is much to complicated for an `old boy` like me ( in my 70s) to fully understand, but to anyone else I`m sure will be very helpful.”
