“The print is very faint and.small and I have to use a magnifying glass to read the text. Comparing it to my last Samsung manual that you supplied it is a bit disappointing.”

Sorry to hear this. The quality of the text depends on the manufacturer, we just print what they provide to us. We will resend printed twice the size at no charge.

“Clearly printed and bound. Good contents page in Part 1 that helps the user find what they are looking for. Printed in a size that makes reading easy - though I hadn't expected 3 volumes!”

“I wish the type was bigger, I can hardly read it even with my glasses on. I haven't been able to start my phone yet but that is because I am having problems with my WiFi, the phone won't connect to it, but that is not your fault. I will keep trying.”
