“Bought the manual for my husband as he bought an A41 through Sky. Never having had a mobile before and with no instructions it is a nightmare. To me it looks good but like lots of men he is reluctant to read instructions. I have left him to it!!”

“Took longer than I expected for it to arrive. Pages are approximately 13 cm. x 21 cm. Letters are approximately 2 mm. tall . Low ink, difficult to read without eye strain. Has table of contents without numbers. No index. Even the pages are not numbered. Very disappointed in quality for having spent $21.90.”

Delivery almost certainly took longer because we are in the middle of a global pandemic. Postal services around the world are severely affected. We will resend the manual printed twice the size. This will help with reading it. We don't write any of the manuals. We simply print what is supplied by the manufacturer. There is nothing we can do about the lack of index or page numbers I'm afraid.

“Does a good job of printing out and binding the massive quantity of iPhone instructions. How Apple expects anyone to read these on the device I can never understand.”

“This is a copy of instruction manual for Nokia 5 phone and I believe it covers all the points in the online manual. The problem with the online manual was that the print was small. .This was my reason for buying your manual; however, your print was very light and although it would save you ink, I find it difficult to decipher.”

“A5 size is very acceptable. Folders not too big. Spiral binding most important. My 3x manual pack for my new i phone is just what I wanted. My only moan is the print is quite faint. Well worth the money. Fast turn round. Can definitely recommend the manuals to people. Got one for my Wife's new Samsung Galaxy as well.”

“This is my third manual from OTC, previously having the Samsung Note 4. , and the Samsung GT-S6810. all of the manuals are very good 1 However the latest one falls a little short, in that the print is pale against the background making it hard to read /see !”
