Hello I see you placed the order on the 24th March in the afternoon. Due to covid 19 virus we are down to just one person in the office. The order was processed and posted on the 25th march, normally customers would receive the order next day. We use Royal mail and I am sure covid 19 virus has had impact on delivery times.

“While the print size is just about acceptable for comfortable reading, the fact that the publication covers at least six classes of Phone, this makes for a ridiculous number of pages. If there had been a manual for each class, say IP 11, IP X, IP 8 etc etc, they would have been physically manageable. Now, with this version, we have to treat the item as a reference library and bookmark the sections that relate to one's particular phone. All in all, this version is not what I really wanted.”

Hello I am sorry we do not have any control over the contents of the manual. The iPhone manual is the same one that Apple have available on their website to view.
