Hello There was a mix up as both surnames were the same. Yes we had the email and was looking into the problem then you called and we corrected the problem. We are small but very busy company and sometimes actions take a little longer.

THINGS LIKE "HOW TO DELETE AND UNDELETE" TEXTS...WELL ENOUGH OF THAT - I'M NOT SENDING THE MANUEL BACK, I'M NOT ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK BUT, LAST, I WON'T BE RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE.
