We then quickly did a further search and came across SmartCellular which also looked a bit odd. But we took the plunge and came across the action style process of making an offer which was accepted. Great so far…. Then there was a little delay in getting emails from SC and the follow on emails from RoyalMail. But dispatch was quick even if we struggled a little to track the order. “Very competitive price, the phone was in great condition (pristine as advertised) and delivered a few days earlier than first advised. Only negative comment to make is that the phone was not properly "erased" or "reset" upon receipt and I spent a few hours working out why I could not transfer all my data from from my old iphone (using the Quick Start function). Problem resolved after undertaking a new "reset" procedure. I couldn't get through to the customer service numbers (nobody there or number not recognised) and I still await a reply to my email.”
