Ordered an refurbished iPhone from them. This took ages to be delivered to the point I rang and cancelled as they could not give me a delivery date (it was always by next week) then suddenly got a text from royal mail saying my package would be delivered next day. The phone did come but not in the condition I ordered or the colour. Emailed to explain this and they offered me to return for a refund and would refund me the postage if I sent proof. Sent next day and emailed the proof, and they sent me my postage back. Royal mail tracker shows it to be delivered but after 2 months of it being sent I'm still yet to receive a refund. We are being told it's been escalated but nothing has come of this. Will now be going through my bank and speaking to trading standards about this matter. We have all email proof of this as they will only discuss through email.”

When I ordered my phone on 12th Dec 2023, I was informed my phone would arrive on 14th or 15th Dec 2023. I was then sent an email stating this had changed and it would arrive early the week after due to the busy Xmas period. Whilst I understand that it is a busy time however the company should inform people of the extended delivery time prior to ordering.
I emailed the below to the company on Tuesday as I had still not had any updates and received the response below with no apology or explanation.

Please could I have an update on this order as it was originally supposed to be delivered on 14th or 15th December. I then had an update to say it would be delivered early this week and it is now Tuesday and I have not had any updates. This is really proving to be a very poor service and I am now considering asking for a refund and providing a bad review if I do not receive a satisfactory result.

I then received an email stating it would be delivered on Thursday at which point I took the day off to wait in for the phone. It did not arrive and I was told it would be delivered on the Friday. At this point I asked my partner if she would wait in on the Friday for the phone as it required signing for.
My partner waited in and the phone was then delivered through the letterbox with very little padding surrounding it and a long drop to the tiled floor. The courier company took a photo of them putting it through the letterbox for proof of delivery and when I logged onto their tracking service, they had forged my signature and stated I'd also signed for it which amounts to fraud. Why would they have taken a photo of them putting the phone through the letterbox if I had signed for the package?
Smart Cellular then offer people free ear pods for leaving a review or email Jeff direct if there are any issues. This is not possible as the email came from a No-Reply address and there was no direct email address given for Jeff in the email. I emailed their central email three times stating that I was not happy and never received any emails back.”
