“Do not sell your phone with these guys, or at least attempt to!
Firstly, they completely ignore their own requirements when inspecting your phone, so don’t listen to how they describe the condition of the phone!
Secondly, they don’t even send your phone back once it doesn’t meet their ‘made up’ standards… I’ve got an expensive phone due back to me and so far no sign of it, or any correspondence confirming when my phone will be sent back to me, so they’ve as good as stolen my phone!
An awful experience, that I’m hoping ends sooner rather than later by my phone returning.

“Ordered Friday morning online. Delivered Tuesday. The phone was delivered very well packed and MUCH better than I anticipated. It came in the original Apple box with all the inserts, charging cable and sim tool. Apart from a couple of tiny screen scratches, it was as new! It came with only 3%charge, but the battery check showed as 87% health which is ok. If you’re considering buying a used phone, then Smart Cellular seem to be a great choice.”

“I previously gave quite a positive review but since the delivery of the phone of which was fine
But since then any chance of contacting them is a waste of time I’ve sent 3 emails and messages not one single reply
I received an email saying don’t forget to claim your free EarPods well I have tried but to no avail not one response
So how one would communicate to get any warranty work I doubt if you will ever get a response
So they advertise 18 months warranty but if they don’t answer your guarantee is useless
So my opinion is leave these people alone as communication is impossible
