Good price however the battery health is 88% and have to charge it twice a day!!!

The phone i ordered arrive within 10 days or less & Although it wasn't colour i asked for it was Pristine Condition As was requested , Due to being Xmas gift for my wife , When she had charged it up fully & turned on for 1st time All working with apps etc Display worked perfectly , I wouldn't hesitate to suggest the using of SMART CELLULAR to anyone / everyone i know or meet they are a great company to deal with without any doubts !

I was looking to update my mobile and came across this website, and I liked what I saw on the reviews. Being a first buyer here, i decided to buy a S21 in pristine condition that came with an 18-month warranty. On receiving my new phone, i was very impressed with the quality; it looks brand new, was well packed, and I was kept updated from ordering to delivery. I would definitely buy from here again and highly recommend the site.

Very happy with my new phone, good price & all well from order to delivery. My only issue ( why 4 stars ) is i initially thought there was an issue with phone as took 10 mins to register any charge so e mailed company asking for a refund, to which i didn't receive a reply. The phone number doen't work so have a bit of a concern if anything should go wrong with phone. Apart from that all good.

Was a little worried about ordering a refurbished phone from an internet site but found the experience to be easy and was pleased with the product. I didn't expect the phone to be in such good condition even though it was pristine rated.

Do NOT use this company! Ordered an iPhone 12, took a few weeks to arrive and it when it did finally arrive it was the wrong model and colour. I returned it. It took 12 weeks of constant emailing asking when I would be refunded. I kept getting asked if I could send proof of receipt which I did a total of 5 times (was sent special delivery so I provided tracking number and person who signed for it). It has been a nightmare getting any assistance, just being asked to prove return and that the issue would be escalated. A constant loop. I finally got a refund but it took 12 weeks of emailing almost daily. The company has no working phone number to contact and speak to someone so emailing is the only option. Do NOT use this business unless you have a lot of time to spare to fight to get your money should you not be happy with your purchase.

Sent my phone in October. They say they have not received it despite me providing proof of delivery. They owe me over £600 and will soon owe court costs and interest too. When they do reply to emails (which is rarely) i get no updates. They say they have claimed via royal mail (even though there is proof of delivery) but this was over 30 days ago and still nothing. AVOID AVOID AVOID
