“- I placed an order for an IPhone 13 plus on the 23rd September for £720, and received confirmation that it would be shipped on the 25th.
- I heard nothing further so contacted you on the 28th Sept and was assured it would be delivered “by the end of the week / mid part of next”.
- By the 10th October Smart Cellular still couldn’t confirm when the product would be available or when it would be shipped, so I accepted the offer of a refund.
- I chased the status of this agreed refund on the 25th October and was told it had been “escalated to the Accounts Department and Senior Managers”.
- It is now Wednesday 8th November, fully seven weeks after Smart Cellular took my original £720.
At no stage have I received any proactive updates and have had to continuously chase without success. I cannot afford for £720 to go missing for weeks with nothing in return - surely this isn’t the sort of Customer Service Smart Cellular seek to provide?”
“This company claims to pay you for your old phones on the day they receive them. They have had my device since 23rd October & have not paid me nor have they returned my goods. I have attempted to contact them both via live chat & email. They started by saying they were looking into it & are now completely ignoring me. This stinks of a company about to go bust! Give me my money or return my device, it really is that simple.”
“They have had my iPhone for over 3 weeks now had no money in my bank my iPhone was in good condition, i have tried to contact them by email as contact telephone is not working! I have asked for my phone back and I have totally been ignored DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”
“Do not trust this company they tell you 2 to 3 days delivery then 5 days and on and on and you have to be persistand over several days to get your money back
The phone number on their website is 03306781033 is not correct all you get is you have dialed an incorrect number and their other sales number 02039358546 comes up on my phone as suspected spam and no one answers they say your in a queue you get music for a short time then it says leave a message they never get back to you if you leave a message, as for being in a queue well I rang at 08:59 and the line was closed rang again spot on 09:00 and got you are in a queue well that queue certainly built up super fast
Donot trust this company will soon feature on rouge traders”

“I have ordered the phone samsung note 9 bcos its dual sim as per the description howe er I received single sim and the condition it was saying pristine but I dont agree with that.
