“This company is a joke DO NOT USE THEM
Sent my phone at the beginning of October they took a week to say they had received my phone after me emailing everyday to see what was happening.
Then they said that my phone was damaged and couldn’t offer the price they said and offered me a lower price so I asked for my phone to be returned took three more weeks for me to get my phone back to open it and find out the screen had been scratched in there care but won’t take responsibility for the damage to my phone they are total disgraceful company. They just need closing down as all they want to do is rob people they should just wear a mask and have a swag bag.

Have sent my device for which they offered £760 (without asking for any further documents initially). Then, they didn’t acknowledge receipt until 3 days after tracking number showed received. Of course, no payment was made on the same day. Once receipt acknowledged, they changed their offer to £500 as they said i didn’t provide the appropriate documents (because my phone was sealed and they could not negotiate on the basis of any scratches or damages). Tried to call them several times and it went to voicemail. By email, they asked me to make payment for return postage as of course i did not agree to new offer. I have continuously asked for return tracking number and they haven’t provided although they said the phone would be sent back to me 5 days ago. No phone received back and no communication from them. I have been scammed and a report has been filed with Trading Standards. County Court claim follows this week.”
“The phone advertised wasn’t even in their collection. They don’t acknowledge you after initial payment telling you that “It’s on its way” but it isn’t because don’t even have it. Email not answered phone calls ignored and not answered. DON’T USE THIS SITE.”
“Got the phone in a different colour to what I requested.
I was pretty disappointed getting a black phone instead of a gold one.
So I never got what I really wanted.
To send a different colour to what I thought I was getting, was quite disrespectful.
Have you even sent me the correct iPhone series?
Everything else working fine so far but not getting the colour requested spoils it all for me.
Even though I sent an email, you never replied.”

“Sent my phone off straight away after receiving a quote from them, took them over a week to respond but not even with the quote they had given. The phone is only a year old and has been fully protected and is in pristine condition. Been sent back and forth to different emails. Lack of communication and even then it is poorly worded. I wouldn’t even think about dealing with this company. Still waiting to get phone back. Attempted live chat they have on website numerous of times and then just get told to email the email they give you. Shower of sh*t”

“My self and my wife sent 2 phones to them. My wife asked to send the phone back due to half the asking price. They have had my phone a week and had no correspondence back off them. And don’t know were my phone is. They are a joke. Please do not deal with this company”
“this is the worst phone company ever, stick to music magpie, ordered a XS MAX, and never came and it’s been more than 2 months now. They lie to you, and send you in circles, they send you fake email updates and fake dispatch email like there’s progress but none, they said they’ll issue refund, 2 months or so still no refund.”

I have never dealt with a worse company.
I am going to report them.
I sold two phones to them they have not paid.
I have tried ringing no one answers phone just tells you to email them which I have done at least 6 times just keeps coming back we will reply with 2 days and after 7 days still no reply.
I tracked my parcel and I know they received it also my phone was put on their website for sale on the day they received it as my cover was still on it. If you can sell your phone elsewhere please do.”

“Since putting in my order all I get is that it's been accepted, no shipping information, no delivery date.
They do not respond to emails and calling the customer service phone number just elicits a reply that no such number exists. I can only conclude that they may be scammers”

“I categorically do not recommend it. This company is a joke. I ordered the phone 10 days ago. So far, support has not responded. I can't get a refund. I don't recommend it to anyone. It's better to spend a little more and buy on the backmarket than to have to worry here. This company is not worth your attention.”
