“I sent in an iPhone 13, had it around 8 months and only used it for roughly 3 of those, was in near enough pristine condition when I sent it in, I was offered WAY lower than what I was originally quoted and when I declined the offer they then upped it by another £20, I still refused as the phone is worth way more for the condition I had it in. I recieved the phone back and it's not in the condition I sent it put it that way, the plastic around my back camera has been broken off and when I contacted customer services with photo proof they tried to play it off like there was no difference in the photos. I'm still waiting for this to be rectified but I can guarantee I'll never use this company again.”

“Well below the service of over sales teams offered £750 for my phone on arrival they said the best they could offer was £350 big difference but I agreed to sell after 3 days of promised payments nothing I than asked if they would return my phone they agreed if I paid £8.15 I did still nothing it took another 5 days of emails to get paid please be aware of very bad customer experience”
