“If you're in a rush for a phone, do not use this company. I ordered a Samsung S21 Ultra, titanium on 19 October. I was told 3- 5 working days. After chasing them a couple of times, a phone was eventually delivered on 9 November. However they sent a phantom silver (not what i ordered). There was no explanation for the delay or apology. The phone itself is in working order so far. Fingers crossed I don't need to return it for anything under warranty.”

“Absolutely shocking service from this company who don't honour their offer or returns policy.
I got a free Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra when i bought a Samsung TV. I didn't need it as I'd recently upgraded to this very phone. I searched around the web for the best price and Smart came up with the best offer.
They offered £705 for the phone as it was brand new and sealed.
I sent it to them via courier because of the value of the phone. They specified same day payment for phones delivered to them before a particular time, but I didn't hear anything from them for 2 or 3 days after delivery.
The parcel was delivered to them at 8.46am the following day.
after chasing via several emails and texts via Facebook messenger i got an email offering £500 for my phone which has an RRP of £1250!!!!!!
I emailed back asking why the offer had reduced seeing as the phone was brand new and still security sealed?
No response, so back onto emails and messenger messages asking for a phone call but no response again. 2 days later I got a phone call from a mobile number and a lady called asking me to confirm my return address for my phone and saying i need to pay £8.10 for return postage despite their website saying they won't quibble the price if the item is as described, And if they do amend the offer then if you don't accept it, they'll return the phone for free.
I asked why did they reduce the offer, and the lady said its because my proof of purchase was blurred and unreadable! £200 penalty for a blurred email? That was taken from my S23 Ultra with a 100MP camera? BULL****!!!!
I resent the very same invoice jpg by email that was in my phone gallery and then the lady said, oh, its because you got the phone for free rather than paying for it, and Samsung has said to them not to pay the full offer price! What?!?!?!?!
They eventually sent my phone back to me by special delivery and waived the £8.10 fee.
Please don't use this company. AKA Smart Cherry Mobiles or something. Please read and heed these reviews. Others have said about fake positive reviews.”

“I had an extremely poor experience selling my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I was given a price of £563 on condition that the phone was in their highest condition category of “good”. This was outlined by multiple factors, but the two relevant ones were that the battery health must be more than 80% and not have more than 1-3 scratches in a single area.
Upon receiving, they told me that my battery health was 87% which meant that the battery had to be replaced as well as that it has scratches. They then revised their price to £355.
I asked them how the battery health being 87% goes against their guidelines and to show me photos of the scratches as I believed that there were absolutely none, let alone the fact that it was allowed to have up to 3 in a single area. They kept avoiding these questions and giving non-answers, just telling me that they will return the phone if I don’t accept the price.
After going back and forth over five emails I gave up and asked for them to return the phone as all I got was responses avoiding the questions.
I suspect that they were not happy with the price they initially gave and were trying to get out of it. Foul business practice.”
