“Would give it zero stars if I could. After ordering a refurbished Samsung Galaxy 10e in green, it took nearly three weeks to arrive, and when it did it was the wrong phone and completely dysfunctional. The phone was sent in white (I ordered green) and the camera was permanently blurry and unable to focus. This is unacceptable given that I paid for 'excellent' condition.
I then requested a returns label and was told that I needed to arrange my own postage in order to return the phone (this cost me nearly £8). After sending the phone in the post and having confirmation of receipt by the returns department on 3rd January 2023, I still have not received my money back, despite chasing multiple times - it is now the 10th February. At this stage, the company has essentially robbed me of £200.
Customer service has been absolutely shocking. Do not buy from them!”

LA! LA! LA! LAND, is where you will be living if you think this is a company which is one you should use. There is a film called the Money Pit, in it the builder whenever he is asked a question always replies "two weeks" and Tom Hanks can not get anything resolved.
This is where the refunds department gets it training from(I think the refund department was dusted when Thanos clicked his fingers and for some reason not brought back by the Hulk)
Every email I have received since asking for a refund has said "10 Days"
10 days later its the same Please wait "10 days".
Well its been two months, unless I am living in a parallel universe to the rest of you that is 61 days not 10.
Why did I send the phone back, because it looked like it had been smuggled into the country up a cows backside.
I have seen another review elsewhere likening them to Micky Mouse.
Not so sure about Micky Mouse, but If you look closely on the T&Cs it says Trotters Independent Traders.
So please, unless you have money to throw away then DO NOT USE this company.”
