Do not trust this Company, I had a very bad experience with them which is still on'going. They could not supply the item as advertised, when I placed the order, they did not supply any kind of acknowledgement but were very quick in taking my payment.

“Sold my iPhone 13 sent it on the Monday received a paymant on the Friday so was speedy I was happy with the price however they knocked down the price that was agreed by ÂŁ50 due too regrading but it was brand new and sealed in a box but I was still happy with the price given coz better than other o line price I recommend doing this to anyone it seems risky selling and sending your phone off like this but I can assure u it's 100% genuine and compared to a quick.high st phone shop sale there's no competition and takes just a week from sending to receiving paymant so I'm very happy to use again if needed too.”
“I don’t know where all this good reviews are coming from , but I believe they are all fake and 100% made up, this company have decided to ignore my emails and calls for about two months now, I have been begging for my own money. To get a refund of ÂŁ956 , I tried chargeback with my back , they are still processing it , apparently they haven’t responded to bank to release my money. They ignore instagram messages or comments, I won’t advice anyone to patronize them if you love yourself. And before you message me smart cellular for the 100th time , my order number is 000058190, and a charge back has been opened weeks ago!!”
“worst company I've ever used, bad communication. passive agressive communications team, not delivered in the 3-5 days delivery time, not even picked in 5 days. Im likely not to have it for 2 weeks after ordering due to 2 days that were bank holiday. person on the phone said that it was my fault for not considering the bank holidays, but I can still do maths!”
“Scam! They must have hacked this website as if you go on fb they have nothing but angry face responses!! Claim delivery in 24hrs, dont even acknowledge your order for 24 hrs! Then get told running behind, delivery 3-5 working days, then on working day 5 get told “still behind, probably mid next week”!! They dont answer the phone, take a few days to reply to emails, and 1 day for online chat. Awful!! Avoid please”
“I placed an order for a new s20 Ultra a little over a week ago, and I had no idea what I set myself up for. No one to blame except for myself on this one. Considering I read the shocking reviews before placing the order; I still went ahead and ordered the phone. I taught I will give them the benefit of the doubt, Non the less, the money was taking and the phone never arrived. I will spare you the drama. Bad customer service, very rude call handler who sounded like she was at home. Bottom line; PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE LIKE A PLAGUE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU ONE EXCUSE AFTER THE OTHER, TILL YOU GIVE UP. THEY DONT HAVE ANY PHONES TO SELL ON THEIR SITE, AND WILL NOT ANSWER CALLS OR RESPOND TO MESSAGES. AVOID! AVOID!
