“Well I don’t normally spend time to review my experience but this time I felt it wasn’t fair policy or terms sets by the company. This is due to the fact that when you search to sell your phone there’s loads of them come up and I have decided use smartcellular.co.uk as they were giving approximately £18 higher then few other companies. I got last offered by a local company after checking my phone £60 but I have declined and then used samartselliar.co.uk just because they have offered higher price. At the time no issues with my phone because I always used case and protective screen to avoid any scratches damages to my device. To send the device I have used their free postage and send my phone in well packaged. But few days later got an email stated due to some scratches and the condition of the phone they have de graded my phone and they can only offer £29 which includes their extra 10% ? Don’t know why they have applied this 10% extra if it’s degraded? I have decided to get my phone back. THIS IS THE DIFFICULT PART AS YOU CAN NOT GET YOUR PHONE BACK FOR FREE YOU HAVE ONLY OPTION TO PAY IN ADVANCE THE POSTAGE OF approximately £8.50 To their account. So I have decided not to get it instead I have agreed the under value amount from them. Which has been DELAYED so I have emailed them asking where’s the payment. Eventually I got the payment after 5. The whole experience was not easy as the small print sets by the company is unfair to my opinion. This should be clearly highlighted on the receipt or on the return slips. I am regretting using them as I should have used my own postage so I could have claim if there was any damage to my devise. This company should not have provided the free shipping. They should have clearly stated on the email send to customer before returning the device. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN INSTEAD I WILL ACCEPT LOWER VALUED BY LOCAL COMPANY.L!!!”

I know my device did not have any chips as I took photos before posting
On return of my phone at a cost of £8.15 I am absolutely convinced that this is another device they have returned as the chip is very obvious and not in my original photos . Extremely disappointed with this company. Be very careful always taking photos of your own device”

“Price for my refurbished iPhone 12 was the best I could find and the phone was in pristine condition. I can't comment on battery life as I have only just started to use it but I am sure it will be OK.

Delivery wasn't all that quick and the phone didn't have a box or instructions and was very poorly packaged. Fortunately it survived the delivery process.”
“Unfortuantely this is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. They stated they would send me my new phone within 7 days which I was planning to take on holiday. It took far longer than that and it turned up more than 2 weeks later despite my emails, and when it did turn up they had actually sent me the wrong phone with an iphone cable for a samsung phone! I wanted the correct phone I had actually purchased so I returned this device for which apparently the phone got broken on the way back to them, gosh knows how, and they then refused to fix it even though it was under warranty and I had only received the phone less than 2 days prior. As the invoice now also didn't match the device that was broken as they sent me the wrong phone, they then refused to provide the information for the correct device so I could claim on the insurance. Now they are completely ignoring all my emails requesting the correct information. Utterly disappointed and angry is an understatement. I would warn anyone against using this service.”
