“Really bad and upsetting experience. Sold to Smart Cellular an excellent condition iPhone 12 ProMax. However, after 2 weeks I have still not received any reply from them with regard to the evaluation of the phone nor a timeframe of how long it will take to get paid. I have tried to contact them continuously via phone, email and online chat but so far there has been zero response. I am beginning to think that this company is a SCAM and they have stolen my phone.”

“I ordered a phone on Thursday on the basis that it would arrive on Monday, 17th July. No information was provided of expected delivery date so an email was sent late on Friday, 14th. A call was made to the customer service number on several occasions but each time the message was that there was no agent available to assist & the call was terminated. Several tweets were sent to to the twitter account but no response. Horrendous customer service. No indication or reason for delay in delivery. No way to be able to communicate with the company. First and last time I will consider this shambolic organisation. Is this a Scam????”
“I recently ordered a Samsung Galaxy S10, the order was very quickly and efficiently dealt with. I received the phone within two days of placing the order. The phone looks good, no visible marks. I have only just set it up and it appears to be working as it should. I think it is a good way to purchase phones, good for the environment too. I would recommend this company”
