“Do not sell your phone with this company. I got a high for my iPhone and sent it to them and they actually lost my phone in their warehouse and when they eventually found my phone they made bs and said my phone wasn’t working and lowered the price a lot. It took me almost 10 days to get through to someone to get my phone sent back to me and then they wanted me to pay Post & package! Customer service 0 stars! Think again if u want to use this company!”
“Customer service diabolical as can be seen in the chat transcript and emails. Took forever to answer and then in appalling English and unfinished sentences. I also had an email saying delays were due to Covid and the recorded message when telephoning also blamed Covid for there being no available to answer (it is 2023). I ordered a red phone which should have been delivered within a few days, today after nearly 2 weeks of trying to trace my order (having paid £700) I received a call saying there was only blue. I am not really that bothered about the colour but was so disgusted with the whole experience that I have requested my order be cancelled. I just hope this is dealt with more efficiently and my money is refunded forthwith.”

“Said phone had been dispatched 2 days later Said they hadn't got white that I ordered only black then they had extended delivery times took over a week for delivery. Paid £40 extra for pristine condition no scratches. I ended up with a black phone 4 scratches on screen and definitely not in the 2 days as advertised on website. Customer service are diabolical only answer when they want...would not recommend and would not use again”
“Very happy with the phone itself, what would give the last star was if the volume ports were cleaned out there was some gunk in them and I like to feel that the phone is fresh. Also if it came in a iPhone box that would be extremely pleasing to see and makes it easier to give as a gift. Other than that extremely pleased with the response times and delivery times and the phone itself looks high quality, haven’t experienced any problems so far which is a great sign. Thanks”

“I bought a iPhone 11 I ordere a green they offered me a red one and I had to wait for over a wk to get a green one,I paid an extra £15 for what I thought was a excellent condition and when I got it every corner of the phone was back to the base material so I got in touch they said it’s the screen that should be excellent not the rest of the phone which I was expecting so I said can I return it for full refund and was told yes if I send phone back 1st class delivered before 1 pm and send them a email with the reciept which I did it took over 10 days to get refunded and they didn’t pay me a full refund they gave me my money less the postage and I got a part refund which was my postage so I got back intouch and was told they would sort it out I am still waiting over a month now so I got intouch with PayPal who I paid with to get the money I was short I would never buy from these again I ended up going to cash converters and I could see the pictures of the phone I was buying and I even phones them and asked more questions about it before I purchased the phone I even got the original box charger everything that comes with the phone and a years warranty”
