“I ordered a iPhone 12 for my daughter birthday on the 6th November for the following week. I received an email that it was to be delivered on the 10th November from DPD and it never arrived. I chased this the next day via telephone and I spoke to an advisor who could not really care. She just said there was a delay. Her attitude was terrible and it sounded as though she didn’t want to be at work. Not a good quality for a customer service advisor.
The phone eventually turned up but it was the wrong colour. I ordered a green one specifically on my daughters request. It said on my order and on the paperwork that came with the phone that it was green, but when opened it was the blue. The battery health was also low. I contacted them again and they were not really helpful at all.
I would avoid smart cellular as they are not checking the actual orders that go out and also if you have a problem it will not get resolved.
I have more phones to purchase for my children for Christmas and I certainly will not be using Smart Cellular or recommending them.”

“parcel has not arrived as something has gone wrong with them and DPD I have emailed and called 12 times but no one answers. Just a voicemail blaming Covid for being busy…. Update. Now I received an email from them saying my parcel has already arrived! No it has not, and as I told you in the email. You must call DPD as they have requested to get this sorted.
Really bad service.”

“Apple iPhone 11 Pro - £334.00 - Ordered 2nd December. After several emails with standard responses, but with no clarity, I have only received promises of various dates. Wednesday, then Friday, then told next week. No personal touch just very bog standard responses. Contact the 'Chat' to have a conversation. Was told 'next week..then after I complained, got a response 'hoping to chase it up now'...waited and waited and waited...2 hours later..nothing. Great. Facebook message sent at the beginning of the week. They haven't even opened it. Ruined a Christmas present for a vulnerable kid and have now taken my money. Thanks a lot. Requested a refund. See how long that will take. Very sloppy and unprofessional. Avoid this company.”
