“Scam! They must have hacked this website as if you go on fb they have nothing but angry face responses!! Claim delivery in 24hrs, dont even acknowledge your order for 24 hrs! Then get told running behind, delivery 3-5 working days, then on working day 5 get told “still behind, probably mid next week”!! They dont answer the phone, take a few days to reply to emails, and 1 day for online chat. Awful!! Avoid please”
“I placed an order for a new s20 Ultra a little over a week ago, and I had no idea what I set myself up for. No one to blame except for myself on this one. Considering I read the shocking reviews before placing the order; I still went ahead and ordered the phone. I taught I will give them the benefit of the doubt, Non the less, the money was taking and the phone never arrived. I will spare you the drama. Bad customer service, very rude call handler who sounded like she was at home. Bottom line; PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE LIKE A PLAGUE. “Easy to order a phone, that's the last of the good points.
The phone was due on 28th December, but it hadn't even been dispatched then. I contacted them two days later, when the phone still wasn't showing as dispatched, only to be told my order has been cancelled to my amazement. Were they even going to tell me if I hadn't contacted them. When asked about my refund, I was told it usually takes about seven to ten days, but it may be a bit longer due to the bank holidays.
Rather annoyed, to say the least, I ordered a phone from another company, and it was delivered in two days with full tracking number and great customer service.
Just when you think things can't get any worse the courier who delivered my phone tried to give me two parcels. Looking at the unexpected parcel, it was from Smart Cellular, so I refused to accept the parcel and the courier returned it.
Altogether Smart Cellular was a nightmare to deal with, they didn't seem to know what was happening and it's taken twelve weeks to get my money refunded from them.”

Hello, I'm having a problem with my Smart cellular order. I ordered a phone as a gift in November and they were out of stock; as a result of the delay, I asked them to cancel the order, and I received confirmation of the cancellation.
After more than two months, I received an email from them confirming the order's delivery.
I contacted them and requested that they cancel it because I DO NOT NEED IT. Despite my request, they sent it, but I redirected the order to a pick-up location, so they got it back. This doesn't end there because they attempted to deliver it again and again, and I redirected them each time.
Despite my dozens of emails, they did not stop sending the order. I have all the emails as proof, and at the end of January they sent it directly to my address without giving me the option to redirect to the pickup point as usual... the next day after delivery I sent it back to them via ROYAL MAIL, I have the proof WITH TRACKING code, and they confirmed the return, as well as a refund for the cost of postage.
The problem is that they have not issued the refund, and I have received numerous messages from Klarna requesting payment, but I do not have the funds to do so, and I cannot pay for something that I have never used or desired!!!”
“Even one star is too many for this horrible company. They have had my return since JANUARY 11th, no sign of a refund for nearly £400. Do they think I can afford to lose this money? I wouldn't have been buying a refurbished phone in the first place if that was the case. Lousy customer service, no answers, I dread to think how much time I have wASTED trying to get this refund.”
“Absolute scammers. It would appear from reading a lot of reviews that the company has a strategy of selecting certain orders where they send out the incorrect item, get it returned then never issue a refund. I have been waiting for a refund on my 10 year old’s Christmas present which was the wrong item and in awful condition for nearly two months. I am sick of emailing them and getting fobbed off with lies so will be seeking a refund via the small claims court. Please don’t make the same mistake as me and many others. Do not use this company.”
