Avoid selling your phone to this company at all costs. I sent in a Samsung S21 in pristine condition. I was quoted £275 for this device.
This is the email I received in return: Your Sell My Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 128 GB has been assessed and valued by our team
Unfortunately your device has not met the requirements for the condition stated. Due to this your device has been Re-graded to reflect the correct price and the most we can offer on this occasion..
Too many marks
Therefore, your handset has been valued at £150.00
I took photo's before sending my device to this company, and it shows no marks on this phone. There are specks of dust, which was cleaned before I sent it. There are also small scratches on the back of the device. On all sites, it states small scratches are per normal wear and tear. DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE TO THIS COMPANY!!! If they have damaged my device or marked it, there will be a court case, as I have proof that the device was not marked when sent!!!”

“Sent back phone - no refund sent after refund was agreed, now no contact they don’t respond - avoid this company like a plague as they respond to reviews with empty promises and I can only think that the comments are to show unsuspecting customers like you that they are actually ok, they don’t exist as a company on the ombudsman complaint service so you are essential gambling your money away and I imagine after reading through various reviews that the company is paying services to add 4&5 star reviews, it’s a common practice available for cheap and if you do a search for their parent company and request via freedom of information you can see that this company is on the books for these services- good luck buying anything”

“Ordered a refurbished phone , after almost 2 weeks with no phone and no communication from them , I contacted them . “We are having a slight delay with the handset.” They avoided answering my questions about what was happen and assured me it would be with me in the next few days .Not surprisingly it didn’t and I now await a refund from my cancellation .Customer service does reply but they aren’t really interested in helping customers.Got a phone from Giff gaff in 24 hrs .There are many similar reviews of this company , childrens presents not being there on their birthday etc .Don’t touch them with a barge pole.”

“DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY
Nearly a year ago, I sold two iphone 11s to Smart Cellular. They sent me the pre-paid packaging to post the phones to them, but apparently they never arrived with Smart Cellular (despite me presenting proof of postage and tracking numbers). For nearly a year now, I have been chasing them for an answer without any success. I must have sent nearly a hundred emails (to rmclaims@ or sell@) asking for an update and when I am finally contacted, it is by someone new (so far, I have dealt with 6 different people) who each ask for the same information that I have already provided on countless times before (IMEI numbers and Tracking numbers) and then I hear absolutely nothing, despite sending numerous follow-up emails.”
