Avoid This Company – Extremely Disappointing Experience
I strongly advise against sending your phone to this company. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. They initially offered £282 for my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 5G (512GB, pristine condition). However, after receiving the device, they emailed me a few days later claiming it was only worth £2.
Naturally, I declined their offer and requested the return of my phone. My request was ignored until I mentioned that I would be contacting Trading Standards. Only then did they agree to return my phone, for which I had to pay the return postage myself.
When the phone was returned, it was no longer in the condition I sent it in. It had scratches all over it, and the internal screen had a large black line running through it, suggesting the device may have been bent or mishandled. As a result, the phone has been significantly devalued and is now unusable.
I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards. In my opinion, their practices are highly unprofessional and misleading.”

However, the £416 I was quoted for the phone reduced initially to £150 when they received my phone! Apparently the side buttons showed wear and tear but you could have these sorted for about £50.
It got back up to £210 in the end but still way below my expectations.
