“Ordered a phone last Friday. It was acknowledged, but I have heard nothing since. It is now Wednesday. Chat said it was not on line. Giving them today to tell me what is happening before cancelling this. Poor service, no communication.”
“I recently placed 2 separate orders. 1 for an iPhone and 1 for a samsung. The Samsung was part of the next day delivery promotion but it didn't arrive the next day! After chasing it up it arrived after 3 days. The iphone wasn't part of the next day delivery deal but took a couple of weeks to arrive which was longer than expected. Overall not a bad experience as the phones arrived in the condition expected and the prices were reasonable once the discount code had been applied. They also said I'd get free earpods but they haven't shown up yet but it seems I have to email to request them so will see.”

“Still haven’t received my phone back informed them on the 16th June that I will not accept the £100 as the stated £460 previously . After a lot of emails , still no tracking or phone . This is obviously the companies policy to try to get people to accept very small offers by hanging out the return process .”

Arrived fairly quickly, prices, what I wanted to pay, condition as expected for age, both worked well, one was an iPhone 7 result ! “Don't sell your phone to this company. I had a brand new Samsung S25 for sale which they quoted £400. I thought there won't be issue with the phone as it was new. When they received it, they said it is actually only worth only £200 (they gave 2 different naff excuses on different emails). Waste of time. Took a while to get it back, but at least I will sell it somewhere else for more.”

“Poor from start to finish, constantly chased item purchased and got emails to say item had been dispatched with a Royal Mail Tracking Number only the tracking number didn’t exist when going on to the Royal Mail website
Eventually had enough and cancelled the order and then they dispatched the order !!!
Would never recommend or contemplate using again”
“They are very untrustworthy, do nt believe the offers on their website. They would offer you about £450 on the website, and then when your phone is delivered to them, they would reissue a new offer of £50 claiming to have observed scratches on your phone.”
“Where do I start?! Offered £542 on the website, after chasing for a response on receipt, offer of £143 made due to "marks on the edges". The phone was in pristine condition as I always use screen protectors and cases. I have photos of every aspect of my phone and there are no marks. If any are present now, it will be down to them as I also packaged very carefully. Fuming!
Offer consequently rejected and requested the phone back.”
“My order was extremely delayed and took almost 3 weeks to deliver. After many emails chasing, I spoke to Kimberely in customer service and she was excellent. She apologised and reassuringly promised a next day delivery. The phone arrived the next morning and was in excellent condition. Thank you Kimberely much appreciated. Phone was a great price.”

I paid for an iPhone 13 in pristine condition and that is exactly what arrived well wrapped and by courier post. I have been using it for some time and am delighted.
