“A terrible experience; Bought an iPhone 15 which never appeared. After 4 week waiting I requested a refund instead. 4 Weeks later and I am still trying to get my refund. This is a scam, they take your money and deliver nothing.
Although their prices are good I would advise steering well clear of Smart Cellular, I have wasted hours trying to communicate with them and they constantly fob me off.
I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back.
Sadly we can't give zero stars so 1 star will have to do.”

“Very poor customer service and delays. No updates, phones are never answered, messages are not replied to, unexplained delays with orders. Not very happy and will not recommend smartcellular to anyone who wants a stress free shopping experience.”
“My order was delayed and took over two weeks from being ordered to arrive, the handset has no problems so I am satisfied with that but found the communication regarding the delay poor and faced inconsistent replies including one email being answered with confirmation of the dispatch of my order only for that to be false and the order was actually dispatched later. The price was cheaper than other places for the same phone but after the experience I had I would consider paying more to feel more secure in my purchase.”
“The item arrived promptly and was as described. I bought this for my better half as she decided to juggle with hers when walking to the car and failed to catch her old one. Needless to say, iPhones don’t bounce very well, even when they have a protective cover.
I have replaced it with a shiny “prestine” refurbished phone and she’s very happy.
I’ll be happy when she learns to juggle, so I have also got her lessons from our local clown, or MP as you may him as.”

“As it happens my purchase started badly with no acknowledgement or contact for 5 days. I contacted Smart Cellular and this prompted immediate action and the inclusion of a pair of smart ear buds. The iPhone was described as Pristine and indeed it was and the packaging and delivery from Ireland was faultless and on time, except the Post Office did not deliver on the day but the next! I am delighted with the end result which included a new lead. Communication from the outset is important for customer confidence including an outline time frame to delivery. My wife will in short time bin her current iPhone 7 and I will contact this company once more for a suitable replacement.”
