“Good (but communication can be hard)
I need to start this review with an apology to Smart Cellular - I ordered an iPhone from them and then had a total panic about the purchase having read the negative reviews on here. My panic was completely unfounded.
Good things - I ordered an as new iPhone. What arrived 2 days later was a completely new iPhone - serial number checked out OK with Apple and battery cycle count at zero. Completely new and absolutely perfect. Email comms were decent (although they started badly as my first emails to their email address bounced back due to a full inbox at their end) and their agent Claire who I dealt with was efficient and polite (though brief).
Not so good things - the email inbox as above. When you email a company you've just paid a lot of money to, having that email returned as undeliverable is not comfort inducing. Their phone line seems to simply go to an automated answer with an option to leave a message and little else. The phone number that comes with order email is for World Pay card processing, not Smart Cellular - again not all that comforting.
BUT I got a fantastic phone and it was delivered fast. So 4 stars for living up to the promise and super fast shipping but a star down as the customer communucation/service is a bit nerve inducing.”

“Phone delivery was delayed so instead of me chasing for my order, it would've been more appreciated if customer service had let me know of the delay after the initial 5 days had passed. Nonetheless, my daughter is happy and so far no complaints.”
