“The process was easy & the phone seems in really good condition.
The 2-3 day delivery was actually 11 days.
It comes with "£20 of free accessories", which is actually a cheap generic USB-C charging cable and a small pin for opening the sim card slot. So not £20 worth. For an extra £13 you can upgrade the cable to a better one than the £20 free one.”

“So due to products being Xmas presents I have not fully tested them delivery was good and with in time frame advertised although it was left hanging out of the letterbox. Little disappointed with the box as I assumed it would be the branded product box which it wasn't”

“It took about 3 weeks for delivery of my phone and a few incorrect messages to say that it was on its way when it wasn’t but I am sure in part down to the time of year. The phone though is just as ordered and described so many thanks for that!”
