Excellent deal, quality product and great price. Everything was as advertised, if not better. There was a lack of communication initially on order and I did have difficulty contacting, but I did eventually receive an email and from then on everything progressed as described. Would definitely reuse.

I would recommend Smart Crllular, this is the second time I have used them. The product is as description. Only slight issue, no update of when despatched, so got a bit concerned, contacted them on delivery date and was issued same day, can only think post Christmas.

I ordered an refurb iPhone 16 pink on 31st Dec had issues getting one delivered as after I ordered was told they were having problems getting the pink iPhone 16’s I then cancelled the order after making a few calls on 10th Jan and then received an email to say that it had been despatched, arrived the following day but it was a blue iPhone 16 not a pink as ordered but we decided to keep the blue iPhone 16 as my husband was going to be ordering one soon, the service wasn’t great but to be honest the blue phone we received was in excellent condition, Smart Cellular do have good reviews as a company so mine was just bad luck but I would order again from them

The phone is as described ( excellent condition) and is working very well. I thought I was getting next day delivery ( advertised on the website?) but it took about a week. I had a question regarding the colour of the phone which customer services helped me with. Overall I am very satisfied with the phone .

Initially it was a bad experience because of late delivery for Christmas. As it happens delivery was Christmas eve, so as promised. But I already had to buy else where. Return was straight forward. Refund a little slow but ok. Customer service communication was very good. Phone was very good condition

This is the second time I’ve used Smart Cellular, the product came swiftly and looks exactly how described. I haven’t set it up yet but I am happy with the service. It did come a day late but I think that’s more to do with after Christmas purchases as opposed to company. If everything is okay once set up, I will be very happy and for any further/future requirements, I will try Smart Cellular first 😃

Ordered my second iPhone from Smart Cellular and wasn’t disappointed with the pristine condition the iPhone 12 arrived it! However, I’d also ordered an Apple box as it was a Christmas present, and this never arrived and after several calls and emails it transpired that they were experiencing issues getting such accessories out on delivery before Christmas. Just wish they had been straight up front about such issues and not left me believing it was going to show up. Eventually I agreed to have a refund - but still awaiting the free gifts of a wireless charger though.

Easy to order online. There was a delay getting the phone to me within the specified time frame but that time period covered Christmas and New Year so perhaps understandable in the circumstances. I was kept updated via email. The phone itself when it arrived was absolutely immaculate. It was supposed to be in excellent condition and that’s exactly what I received. Very pleased with the product.

Web site simple to use easy transaction. Product as expected. Delivered outside time frame promised but it was the week before Christmas so forgiven. Would l buy from them again Yes 100 %

The phone took a while to arrive, so don't expect a next day delivery. Order early and you won't be disappointed. However I still haven't received the original box that I ordered with the phone. I ordered on the 3rd of December for a Christmas present. Not a massive issue as I just purchased another box from a different seller, in time for Christmas. But I'm having issues getting a refund for the box I ordered with the phone. May be worth considering getting a box from another seller if you want it quickly.

Ordered phone in unlocked pristine condition. Unfortunately, when the phone arrived it was locked but pristine. Emailed the company and received a prompt response. Ordered a second identical phone, which again arrived promptly, in pristine condition and works beautifully.

Phone works really well but I was a little disappointed about the condition. Unfortunately customer support did not respond to any of my emails. Lucky my wife is over the moon with the S23 so that’s all that matters
